Technologies:
At Ice Biotech we specialize in isolating Anti-freeze proteins from winter cereals for use in frozen foods to improve quality and shelf life; creating fertilizers that improve freezing tolerance and winter survival in plants; producing transgenic plants by isolating genes and promoters that improve cold tolerance. We have also developed a UV sunscreen for the consumer market made from a natural extract plants use to manage and process UV radiation.
